A family place, opened to yours.
Berlin grew up in the Canyon Lake area — a native of nearby New Braunfels, raised among the hills and water of the Texas Hill Country. The property at the heart of The Point CLTX has been part of her family's story since the late 1970s, a place of gatherings, holidays, and slow weekends for as long as she can remember.
A mother of five, Berlin values gathering above almost anything else — family, connection, and the creation of spaces where lasting memories can take root. That conviction is what The Point is built on. It is not a venue built for transactions; it is a family place being opened, with care, to other families, couples, churches, and communities.
Today she is inviting others to come and write their own chapters here — retreats, reunions, restful stays, and small celebrations — in a setting that already holds decades of her own family's history. The hope is simple: that the time you spend here becomes part of your story, the way it has long been part of hers.
